Bond County Humane Society is seeking to hire a part-time Shift Leader responsible for providing care for cats or dogs waiting for adoption. Work shifts can vary based on staffing and total hours worked will be 20-25 hours/week. Candidates must be at least 21 years old. Starting pay is minimum wage. Applicants should be organized and reliable. Responsibilities include maintaining a clean and safe environment for the animals housed at the shelter. Ensure animals receive proper nutrition and treatment necessary to maintain good health. Ensure volunteer and staff adhere to established shelter procedures. Knowledge of animal care protocols and supervisory skills are a plus. Interested persons can apply in person at the Bond County Humane Society office located at 2510 S Elm Street, Greenville on Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday from 1:00 pm. – 5:00 p.m.
