Bond County Humane Society is seeking to hire a part-time Shift Leader responsible for providing care for cats or dogs waiting for adoption. Work shifts can vary based on staffing and total hours worked will be 20-25 hours/week. Candidates must be at least 21 years old. Applicants should be organized and reliable. Responsibilities include maintaining a clean and safe environment for the animals housed at the shelter. Ensure animals receive proper nutrition and treatment necessary to maintain good health. Observe animals for signs of illness or behavioral issues. Ensure volunteer and staff adhere to established shelter procedures. Knowledge of animal care protocols and supervisory skills are a plus.
